Daveluy`s Restaurant in Watertown

The sweet heat wings are excellent but they are over a dollar a wing! That's too expensive for what little amount of food you get!

Daveluy's has been a family pizza joint for over 50 years. They have gone through some changes. the crust used to be thick and chewy. Now it's on the thinner side with a fresher sauce.

Love this place! The dining area of the bar side is so cozy. The food is always delicious. Especially the wings. There was a very slight mix-up with the salads in our order tonight, but the waitress was so wonderfully sweet, I wasn't phased by any of it! Very highly recommend this place, very well known to the locals here.

Best pizza in Watertown IMO. Recent remodel of the interior is really an improvement. A new menu has been created with quite a variety of new items. (Haven't tried them yet, the pizza is too good.) BTW, the wings are really good here as well. Good food at a reasonable price, pleasant staff.

Was there a few weeks ago for a party. Service was good. Food was decent. Bar was adequately stocked. They have banquet seating a la "Durgin Park" in Boston. Its a casual sort of place. My only critique is that the dining room got RIDICULOUSLY loud. (The 15 screaming "teenyboppers" only exacerbated it). They desperately need some acoustic tiles. Heavy curtains/tapestries/fabric wall art...it doesn't matter. Parking is lousy. (But it always has there. And its not their fault). Otherwise its a hometown joint of sorts. Bring an appetite. And definitely bring ear plugs.

By far the BEST PASTA I have ever had. Our waitress was excellent. I will be coming back. Oh the calazone was delish also I had to try it.

Been there three times in the last couple months and every time is a good experience. The food is good and the waitresses do a great job. Atmosphere is free!

Great place for wings, burgers, beers, etc. The best wings I've had (Spicy Honey Garlic is my fave). The size of the wings are big and they put a lot of sauce on it. I loved the fried dough bites...order it with your favorite sauce. I definitely recommend this place.

Best parking is on the right and the side entrance on the right is the best one. Careful driving in this area. They say they have jumbo wings and price accordingly but really not Jumbo so they are really overpriced. Seems to have a lot of interesting flavors and I tried an unusual one. Wasn't overly impressed but I will reserve judgement until I try few more, I knew I was trying something different. Probably try a couple more times before the prices drive me away

Good grinders, salads and pizzas. Nice bar area. Friendly, competent staff. Moderate parking lot but on street parking available. Nice special menu. Family friendly.

Call for a pizza at 330 they said it wouldnt be ready until a little after 4 because the drivers dont come till that time then comes 5 pm call them and they said i never gave them a unit number when its a direct address! BS waited all that time for nothing!!!!

It's okay. It is clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The food is not great. The sauce is edible but tastes like hunts canned sauce. It is the worst part of the dishes that I have tried. Portions are large and the staff is friendly and attentive. I hope they can bring up the food quality it is a good place otherwise.

Havent Benin here in 15 years... pizzas still amazing and the atmosphere is still fun!

Friday night stopped by for an after dinner drink. Nice bartender. Drinks weak actually missing vodka. Paid 21 for three drinks New York prices. Lighting terrible feel like I'm being interrogated . Where is the old Daveluys bring it back!!!

The last time I went to Daveluy's was a few years ago after the last time it changed owners. Recently I was told that they changed owners again and it was really good again so I figured I would give it a try.The food and service were both excellent, I am really glad that I gave it another try because the food is back and just as good as it was years ago.My only problem with Daveluy's is that it's kind of dark in the bar area. I understand that this is a building that is around 300 years old, and was a Masonic lodge on Main street where Paul Revere once visited before the building was moved to it's present location, but it's still dark inside and that could turn some people off as not so family friendly. Then again, Paul Revere drank here so you could call it a history lesson.

Great Pizza would recomend. I ate the whole Medium!!!!

Just called to see if the banquet room was available for a party of 75 people and the woman that picked up told us she was too busy to look. So now not only did you lose the business of that party but also of our family using this restaurant for parties in the future. As members of this community we will share this experience with others.

Recently took my girlfriend there for her birthdayThey reserved a table for us The waitress (Rudolph) Sabrina was great she made sure that the food came out quickly,our glasses were full and the rest of the staff helped make it a birthday she will never forget Thank you again for your superior efforts and service

Maybe they were a little overwhelmed tonight as I have had better experiences here..the nachos were ok, but the pizza was overdone and the sauce was almost non existent. They may have upgraded a few things but the bathroom hasn't seemed to have changed in decades..too small to accommodate and on this particular evening, ill supplied. I was also billed for a top shelf wine that the waitress informed me they were out of.

Great pie !! Crust was perfect , had the three meat pie and it was delicious, the sausage , pepperoni and meatball so yummy . My guests went on and on about how good the pizza was . I made a nice big salad with my fresh garden lettuce but the pizza was so good no one even noticed . Lol

Haven't been to this spot in at least 20 years. Not much has changed, still a comfortable place to dine and drink with the family or friends. Great wings!!! Pizza is always a constant here as well. Draft list is spot on!
